The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection sees the debut of a technique that combines craftsmanship and experimentation: the Leather Effect.
A manual treatment that transforms denim into a fabric with a character surprisingly similar to leather, while maintaining its identity of comfort and elasticity.
The leather effect is the result of a meticulous process: the operator carefully masks all the areas where the garment has thickened, from the pockets to the crotch, from the hems to the hips, using adhesive tape.
Next, a polyurethane resin with a leather effect is applied by hand, giving the fabric an intense, textured surface.
The real challenge lies in achieving a uniform finish: the colour must be deep, authentic and even, without imperfections, in order to restore the refined aesthetic that distinguishes the workmanship.
The Leather Effect was presented in three colour interpretations, each with its own personality:
Leather Effect Brown: made from stretch drill fabric, garment-dyed and then coated with resin for a warm, sophisticated finish.
Leather Effect Blue and Leather Effect Black: developed on 9 oz stretch denim, stone washed and then enriched with resin application, which amplifies the bold character of the two iconic shades.
Despite the resin finish, the garments retain an essential characteristic of contemporary denim: elasticity and softness to the touch. The result is a perfect balance between aesthetic experimentation and everyday wearability, reinterpreting jeans in a modern and sophisticated way.
Leather Effect is not just a treatment, but a new language for denim: bold, innovative and ready to redefine the boundaries of the coming season.
